How to opt in
You can opt in either of two ways:
- Text us first. Send any message (or the word START) to (424) 296-3303. Your first message is your consent to receive replies and account messages from SousShift AI Owner Support.
- Check the box on your owner onboarding page. Every client's private onboarding page has the opt-in checkbox shown below. It is never pre-checked.

We only text business clients who opted in. We never buy or rent phone lists, and we don't send marketing to people who haven't opted in.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, usually a few messages a week. Message & data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use SousShift AI without opting in to texts.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You'll get one confirmation and then no more texts. Reply START to join again. Reply HELP for help, or email secondshiftai@gmail.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your number only to run this support line. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our privacy policy.
