Antidote Enterprises LLC, doing business as SousShift AI ("we"), builds menu, rewards and game apps for restaurants and small businesses. This policy covers the information our business clients give us and the SousShift AI Owner Support text line we run for them at (424) 296-3303.
What we collect
- Business clients: name, business name, email, mobile number, and the menu, photos and settings you send us to build your app.
- Guests of our clients' apps: what a guest enters to join a rewards program (name, phone or email, birthday). That data belongs to the restaurant, and we process it on the restaurant's behalf.
How we use it
To build and run your app, provide support, send account messages you opted in to, and bill for our services.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to SousShift AI Owner Support texts at (424) 296-3303, we use your number only to send support replies and account messages. Message frequency varies, and message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full program terms: SMS terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
Apart from the text messaging data above, which is never shared, we share information only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting and payment providers), when the law requires it, or with your permission. We never sell personal information.
Your choices
Email secondshiftai@gmail.com to see, correct, export or delete your information. Restaurants can export or delete their guest list at any time.
