Terms of Service

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms cover antidotethefoodie.com and Antidote Shorts Bot, a private publishing tool operated by Anthony Suggs (“Antidote”, “we”, “us”).

Scope. Antidote Shorts Bot is a personal automation tool with a single authorized operator. It is not offered to the public, has no sign-up, and provides no service to third parties.

1. The website

antidotethefoodie.com is an informational site presenting Antidote’s food reviews, music, booking information, and related work. You may browse and share it freely. You may not scrape it at volume, copy its content for republication, or present its material as your own.

2. Antidote Shorts Bot

Antidote Shorts Bot uploads Antidote’s own video content to Antidote’s own social media channels on a schedule. Only the operator can authorize it, and it acts solely on accounts the operator controls. No account creation, license, or right of use is extended to anyone else.

3. YouTube API Services

Antidote Shorts Bot uses YouTube API Services. Anyone authorizing or operating it is also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy governs data handled through those APIs. Authorization can be withdrawn at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The tool is used strictly within YouTube’s developer policies: it uploads only content the operator owns or is licensed to publish, and it does not artificially inflate metrics, circumvent limits, or interfere with the platform.

4. Antidote Drizzle Bowl

The Antidote Drizzle Bowl game at /drizzle-bowl is free to play and has its own, more specific terms covering play, the public leaderboard, the name you submit, and the weekly contest when a prize is offered. Those terms govern the game and control over this page wherever the two differ:

5. Intellectual property

All video, audio, photography, and written content published on this site and through this tool is owned by Anthony Suggs unless credited otherwise. Restaurant names, logos, and brands appearing in reviews belong to their respective owners and appear as editorial commentary. Reviews reflect the personal opinion of the reviewer.

6. Bookings and business inquiries

Rates, packages, and availability shown on this site are indicative and not a binding offer. Any engagement is governed by the separate written agreement made at the time of booking.

7. Third-party content

This site links to and embeds content from platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Gumroad, Yelp, and OpenStreetMap. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

8. No warranty

This site and this tool are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthony Suggs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or this tool.

10. Antidote Eats Alerts (text messages)

Program. Antidote Eats Alerts is a private text-message line operated by Antidote Eats LLC from (424) 296-3303. It sends (a) emergency check-in alerts to a small list of family members and friends the owner chose, and (b) personal assistant messages and reminders to the owner himself. There is no public sign-up.

Consent. Recipients are added only after they agree, in person or by phone, to receive these alerts. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Frequency. Message frequency varies. Most recipients get no messages at all unless an emergency alert is triggered.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out / help. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email antidoteeats@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how phone numbers are handled.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The revised date above reflects the most recent change, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
