These Terms are an agreement between you and PROTECT US SECURITY LLC ("we," "us," "Antidote") covering the Antidote Drizzle Bowl game and the leaderboard that goes with it (together, the "Game"). By playing, you accept these Terms. If you don't agree with them, don't play.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to play (16 in the UK and EEA, or have a parent's or guardian's permission). If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. Prizes, where we offer them, are limited to entrants 18 and older under the Official Rules.
2. The Game is free, and we can change it
The Game is provided free of charge. There is nothing to buy, no subscription, and no in-game currency. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Game, the leaderboard, or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also reset, correct, or wipe leaderboard data — including scores that were set fairly — for example when fixing a bug or migrating servers.
3. Your licence to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
- copy, redistribute, resell, or host the Game or its art, audio, 3D models, or code elsewhere;
- modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game, except where the law expressly says you may despite this restriction;
- use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, or network tampering to play or to submit scores;
- submit scores you did not actually earn by playing, or otherwise manipulate the leaderboard;
- scrape, hammer, or overload the leaderboard service, or attempt to access any part of it you weren't given access to;
- use the Game for anything unlawful.
Streaming, recording, and posting your own gameplay is fine and encouraged — go ahead and use it on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or anywhere else, including monetised channels. That permission covers footage of your own play; it doesn't let you redistribute the Game itself or its underlying music as standalone files.
4. The leaderboard and the name you submit
After a game you may type a short display name to post your score publicly. By submitting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, store, and reproduce that name in connection with the Game and its promotion — including in posts and videos about the leaderboard.
The name you submit must not contain slurs or hate speech, sexual content, harassment or threats, the personal information of anyone (including real full names, addresses, phone numbers, or school names), impersonation of another person or brand, advertising, or links.
We may remove, edit, or refuse any entry, and block submissions, at our sole discretion and without notice. We are not obligated to monitor entries, and we are not responsible for names other players submit.
Names are yours to withdraw: email us and we will delete your entry.
5. Our content
The Game, its name, the "Antidote," "The Real Antidote," and "Antidote Drizzle Bowl" branding, the characters, artwork, 3D models, sound effects, and the original music heard in the Game are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you.
Restaurant names, logos, and any third-party trademarks that appear in review footage inside the Game are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify and comment on those businesses. Their appearance does not mean they sponsor, endorse, or are affiliated with the Game.
Open-source components used in the Game, and their required licence notices, are listed on the Licenses page.
6. Music
The music that plays during the Game is original music by Antidote, or is used with permission. It is provided for listening inside the Game only. You may not download, extract, redistribute, or use it in your own projects without our written permission. Gameplay videos that happen to include it, as described in section 3, are fine.
7. Copyright complaints
If you believe something in the Game infringes your copyright, email antidotethecure@gmail.com with: your contact information; identification of the work you say is infringed; identification of the material in the Game and where it appears; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid notices and will remove material where appropriate.
8. Links and third-party services
The Game loads code and media from third parties and may link to sites we don't control, including YouTube and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms, and your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
9. No warranty
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT SCORES OR LEADERBOARD DATA WILL BE PRESERVED, ACCURATE, OR FREE OF LOSS. Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST SCORES, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE GAME, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Because the Game is free, this reflects a reasonable allocation of risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PROTECT US SECURITY LLC and its owners, members, and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Game, your breach of these Terms, or anything you submit to the leaderboard.
12. Disputes
Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email antidotethecure@gmail.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Most things end there.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and we each consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game or the leaderboard at any time, including for breaking these Terms. Sections 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
14. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Official Rules, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Game. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision isn't a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change and continuing to play means you accept the update.
